At kukirin-scooter, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your electric scooter, our dedicated support team is here to assist with a smooth exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the scooter in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and chargers are included to avoid restocking fees.
- 3.Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop the package off at an authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit for damage or wear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
